Shipping Information
UK Orders
Prints are dispatched by Royal Mail within 48 hours in a postal tube. (Mounted versions in a robust flat box)
If you have not received your order within 7 days, please contact your local sorting office. Increasingly, Royal Mail will not leave a card if no one is home when they deliver and the goods are returned to the local sorting office where they remain until collected by you.
A signature on delivery will be required.
Overseas Orders
Overseas orders to Europe and the rest of the world are sent by Royal Mail Airmail.
Please allow 10 working days for orders to Europe, 12 working days to the rest of the world.
Insurance
Your package is insured.
I guarantee your satisfaction and we will give you a refund, an exchange or a replacement for purchased items you are not satisfied with.
Framing
Prints and mounted prints are not supplied framed due to logistical, cost and postage price implications.
Many buyers prefer to take their prints to a local framemaker to choose a frame style/colour of their own choice.
This works out cheaper and ensures your print is delivered promptly.
Order confirmation
A confirmation email will be sent by Paypal shortly after your order has been placed to confirm your order and delivery details and receipt of payment.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return to me the item for replacement or full refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. To return an item, please send an email to sales@steve-perks.com with your order number and reason for the return.
How long will it take to receive a refund?
I will be able to process the refund within 14 days of receiving your return and will notify you via email once I have received and processed the returned item.
Safe Shopping
Steve Perks Photography uses Paypal for all transactions.
I do not see any of your financial details such as credit card numbers.
