• accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date;
• not kept for longer than is necessary;
• processed in line with the rights of the individual;
• kept secure; and
• not transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area unless the information is adequately protected.
What personal information do I store, how is it used and how is it protected?
As part of the purchase process, I obtain via Paypal your name, contact details (telephone number and email address) and your postal address. I do not have access to any of your private banking information (credit/debit card numbers)
The obtained information is used as a record of income for HM Customs and Excise Tax Returns, should they request detailed information of sales. It is also used to keep an accurate record of print limited edition numbers sold, providing proof to any requesting authorised body and to facilitate my returns and refund policy detailed in my terms & conditions.
All information is compiled in a password encrypted database accessed only by me in one location, backed up to an encrypted disc stored securely in the same location.
I will never pass your private information on to any third party unless requested by a law enforecement agency or government body.
You can request in writing access to all private information relating to you in my records.
